The Wavemaster alone is a great product.For those who don't want to spend a fortune installing a heavy bag from the ceiling, this is the perfect alternative. Not only does it not cause you to make holes in your house, but you always have the optionof moving it around where ever you please. I myself use it for martial arts and it's great for when i have to adjust the pad's height for high kicks. The firm padding helps strengthen your punches too. The only "con" is that it makes a "big scene" when you really wail on it. What i mean by this is that when you hit it continuously it rocks a little back and forth causing the base to jump around and make loud noise.I found a quick fix, though.Just put a carpet (or something like it) under itand it will make minimal noise.I think it would stop doing this with sand instead of water, but it gets the job done.

The Jump Rope:

I hardly use this jump rope.The handles have good grip and the rope itself is light.But i don't know too much about adequate training rope so don't take my word for it.It's a jump rope thats all i can say.

The Gloves:

The gloves are like a one-size-fits-all pair that are supposed to protect your knuckles from coming in contact with the rough surface of the bag. They have a good palm grip that's sewn into the glove to aid you as well.
Pretty basic gloves, nothing special.Nonetheless, if you want to prolong the life of your pretty knuckles and the firm surface of the bag, the gloves are a must.For the price this is a VERY good combo.I feel this is a must have for anyone serious and disciplined enough to train at home. If you're taking a training class you can definitely use this to practice your moves at home and impress everyone with your progress.Indoors or outdoors, this is a GOOD COMBO AT A GREAT PRICE!
